Media personality and comedian Oga Obinna has announced his departure from Kiss FM after completing his one-year contract with Radio Africa Group.
Obinna clarified that he was not fired and that he had mutually agreed with the station to end his contract amicably.
“I’m no longer at Kiss. I have finished my contract… The experience has been beautiful and I have achieved my dream and did everything I wanted to do. And everything I do from now henceforth will be extra.” Obinna said during a press interview.
He expressed his appreciation for the freedom he had at Kiss FM and for achieving his dream while working at the station.
Obinna thanked Radio Africa for the opportunity to work with them and for the good vibes he had enjoyed while at the station.
He also described his co-hosts, Kamene Goro and Jalang’o, who had left the station earlier, as amazing ladies who he would miss.
Obinna did not disclose his next move but promised his fans that they would see more of him traveling and being on the ground.
Despite his departure from Kiss FM, Obinna remains a household name in the Kenyan entertainment industry, known for his comedy skits on social media and his radio show at Kiss FM.
