Bongo Flava sensation Harmonize has taken a moment to express his gratitude to his former European and Australian girlfriends, Sarah Michelotti and Briana, for their influence in his mastery of the English language.
This acknowledgment comes in the wake of the release of his latest track, “I Made It,” featuring American rapper Bobby Shmurda and Kenyan artist Bien Aime Baraza, where the trio showcased their linguistic versatility by singing in English.
Harmonize reflected on his ability to effortlessly navigate the foreign language, acknowledging that it wasn’t solely due to his own prowess but rather a significant contribution from his former lovers, who turned into his English teachers.
The owner of the Konde Music Worldwide label revealed that he had minimal formal education, but today he effortlessly commands English as if he holds multiple degrees.
“Yes! I remember how I couldn’t speak English at all. Life is quite peculiar; I couldn’t attend school at all, but now this is my language,” shared Harmonize.
“If you listen to any of my English songs and don’t understand a word, the problem is yours, go back to school. My teachers, Sara and Briana, big salute to you. Today, we are making globally appreciated music,” he concluded.
Following his departure from WCB Wasafi, many believe Harmonize independently sought success, significantly aided by support from his then-girlfriend, Sarah Michelotti, an Italian citizen.
However, allegations of infidelity arose, leading to their breakup. He later appeared with an Australian beauty named Briana, but their romance was short-lived, ending secretly before he was later seen with actress Kajala Masanja.
Even that relationship faced an end in late 2022, six months after their engagement.
