Carol Sonie has responded directly to Mulamwah’s controversial “I’m a baby daddy” TikTok challenge.
Sonie, in a YouTube video uploaded on February 5, addressed the accusations leveled against her, particularly being labeled as a toxic baby mama.
Sonie’s response was candid and unfiltered, as she openly admitted to blocking her ex, even if he resorted to using a pseudo account to contact her.
She also shocked many viewers by revealing what she may have told her daughter regarding her father’s whereabouts, indicating the complexity of their relationship.
“Of course, I am a toxic baby mama. If my ex texts me using a pseudo account claiming he misses us, I will still block him. My daughter, Keilah, is not my ‘kid,’ and she will continue to see her father online,” Sonie expressed in the video.
Furthermore, Sonie addressed the racial aspect, stating, “Of course, I am a toxic baby mama, specifically a Kikuyu. I even told my daughter that her father was hit by a train while working on the railway.”
Mulamwah’s sentiments were evident in his TikTok video, set in a serene tree plantation, where he expressed the difficulty of being blocked by his baby mama, leaving him with no choice but to interact with his child online.
“Of course, I am a baby daddy in Kenya; everybody thinks I am the problem. I am a baby daddy in Kenya, all baby mamas hate me. Please, Auntie, I am not the one who impregnated you. I am a baby daddy in Kenya, the child was told I died last year.
“I am a baby daddy in Kenya. When I thrive, you say I am making my ex suffer. I am just living my life. Soi should not marry? I am a baby daddy in Kenya I only see the child online.
I am a baby daddy in Kenya. I am still planning myself because I know there is a day I will be needed. I am a baby daddy in Kenya, and I have been blocked. I am a baby daddy in Kenya, nobody is going to trust me, but it is okay,” he had said.
