The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has stated that 6, 567, 869 voters representing 30.65pc of total registered voters had cast their ballot as at 12PM Tuesday.
According to IEBC Vice-Chair Juliana Cherera has said voting exercise also started at exactly 6AM in the 12 Diaspora polling stations.
