The government has lauded team Kenya’s performance at the 22nd edition of the Africa Athletics Championship in Mauritius. The triumphant team which arrived back Monday to a raucous welcome at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, JKIA, topped the medal standings at the championship that attracted 47 countries.
The Kenyan team topped the medal standings for the 4th time in the history of the championship returning with a total of 23 medals, 10 gold, five silver, and 8 bronze medals….
