Kileleshwa MCA and blogger Robert Alai has urged YouTuber Eve Mungai not to be disheartened and to take action after her former partner, Director Trevor, allegedly took control of their social media accounts, which were previously jointly managed.
Taking to his X page, Alai advised Mungai Eve to consider taking further legal action to seek justice. He highlighted Mungai Eve’s significant contribution to the growth of their social media channels, which provided their livelihood during their time together as partners.
“Even Mungai should sue Trevor and reclaim all her accounts. Eve Mungai created those accounts using her image and put in the effort to make them grow. I remember how many times we interacted with her following their stories. She should not let the channels go so easily,” advised Robert Alai.
This comes after Trevor revealed on Monday that he had parted ways with Mungai Eve due to her involvement with those accounts.
Trevor stated that Mungai Eve’s services were no longer required for those accounts and announced that he had immediately changed the names of the accounts.
The change in account names comes weeks after the two, who had been in a relationship for over 6 years, were rumored to have parted ways under unclear circumstances.
Following the name change, there have been various opinions online, with two main groups emerging – one supporting Mungai and the other defending Trevor over this new development.
