Marianne Kitany has told a Milimani law court that she decided to end her marriage. This Is after she found Mithika Linturi with porn in Senator’s phone.
In her third day of testimony in her divorce case with Linturi, Kitany said she ‘sneaked’ into his phone and found evidence of a woman who had sent the senator pornographic material.
Conjugal Rights
She added that the senator denied her the conjugal rights, prompting her to seek divorce after realizing that he had cheated on her.
The two who met in 2013 at Deputy President William Ruto’s office are in the middle of an ugly court battle for the property.
In the past, she has accused her estranged husband of exposing her to STI’s.

Keitany added that the senator is constantly communicating with other women including exchanging nvdes, vulgar and pornographic images and videos thus causing her immense mental anguish.
