Kenyans can now breath a sigh of relief albeit temporary after the government struck a deal with millers to subsidize the prices of unga in the country.
In a bid to lower the prices which have skyrocketed in recent months, the subsidy will see maize flour prices retail at Ksh 100 beginning Monday after negotiations between the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries and Cereal Millers Association.
