Uhuru set to officially launch Nairobi Expressway

President Uhuru Kenyatta is on Sunday expected to officially launch the Nairobi Express Way and the expanded Eastern Bypass.

The function will kick off at the Expressway JKIA Exit where Transport CS and Chinese Ambassador to Kenya will be in attendance.

The Nairobi Expressway was closed on Saturday 9.00PM ahead of the official launch.

Moja Expressway Company, the firm that manages the highway has advised motorists to use alternative routes until normal services resume.
