Prezzo Suffers a Seizure During Bahati’s Reality Show Launch

Musician Jackson Ngechu Makini, alias CMB Prezzo, suffered a seizure during the launch of musician Bahati’s new reality show, The Bahati’s Empire.

In a video that has been going viral on social media, security officials and attendees of the event were seen attending to the musician after the incident.

It is not clear what caused the seizure and if Prezzo was rushed to the hospital following the incident that sparked mixed reactions online.

A seizure is a sudden, abnormal electrical activity in the brain that can cause changes in behavior, movements, feelings and levels of consciousness.

It can be caused by various factors, including provoked seizures, which are triggered by specific events or conditions.

These can include infections such as meningitis or encephalitis, high or low blood sugar, head trauma, severe general illness, lack of sleep, certain medications, substance abuse and withdrawal from drugs or alcohol.

Unprovoked seizures, on the other hand, occur without a known cause.

They can be caused by genetic changes, developmental issues such as autism, brain injuries such as stroke or tumor, infections before birth or unknown factors.

Psychogenic nonepilepsy seizures (PNES) are another type of seizure that involves seizures caused by intense emotional trauma or stress, rather than abnormal brain activity.

Febrile seizures are a type of seizure that is caused by a sudden change in body temperature, often in children. These seizures are usually not a sign of epilepsy and do not cause long-term problems.

Epilepsy is a brain condition characterized by recurrent seizures. It can be caused by various factors, including genetic changes, developmental issues and brain injuries.

It is essential to seek medical attention if the seizure lasts more than 5 minutes, if the person is unresponsive for more than 5 minutes after the seizure, or if a second seizure quickly follows the first.

Prezzo’s management or organisers of the event were yet to issue a statement regarding the incident at the time of this publishing.
