A customer care attendant at Safaricom Nakuru Branch has melted hearts at her humility in serving customers. The employee who was identified as Pauline was spotted kneeling down to serve a disabled customer.
Pauline did not mind kneeling on the floor, that was definitely with dirt. neither did she mind that it would bruise her knees.
