Michelle Ntalami Celebrates Another Milestone Months After Giving Life to Christ

Michelle Ntalami, a social media star and businesswoman, is celebrating a year of alcohol-free life.

In a statement on her Instagram page, she reflected on her journey and the wonderful changes that have resulted from her decision to quit drinking.

“Today marks one year of sobriety! Imagine, family, going a year without drinking! That includes champagne and the ever-defended ‘harmless glass of wine,'” she explained.

Ntalami described her experience a year ago, when she first announced her 30-day milestone and encountered skepticism from some.

“When I first announced last year that I was celebrating my 30-day milestone, several people scoffed and remarked that 30 days is too short, and I’ll be back at it soon. “Well, here we are, a full year,” she stated.

Ntalami stated that her choice to quit alcohol was motivated not by addiction, but by a desire to make positive changes in her life.

“While I was never addicted, quitting a harmful habit does not require addiction. If anything, that’s the perfect time to quit because you’re more determined to let go of it before you’re bound,” she explained.

Finally, Ntalami reminded fans and the general public of the benefits of quitting alcohol, providing a peek of recommendations for anyone interested in quitting an addiction that has proven difficult to overcome.

“2% So about 3 months before that, I completely stopped going to clubs and clearing / giving out my stash. I began making some drastic positive changes in my life. The changes were hard, but I was determined to cut out anything and anyone who was not good for me

“This tells you that it does not take you to follow in a certain faith to quit bad habits, situations, or people. It is absolutely possible, by your own volition. This is my sincere encouragement to you, who is thinking of letting go of anything. God gave us our own willpower to make and stick to the right choices in life. YOU CAN DO IT

“Start by cutting out the negative influences that lead to your bad habit; the spaces and places, the people or person, the music, the supplier, etc. In time, you won’t have the desire to engage in that habit anymore. It is possible, I DID IT! /~ To my believers, in addition, PRAY IT AWAY,” her statement read.
