A video of musician and producer George Mugai, alias Madtraxx, confessing to abusing his wife has surfaced online sparking mixed reactions.
The video has gone viral online just hours after the producer’s wife, Salima Hussein, shared graphic photos online accusing him of abuse.
Speaking during a live session on Iko Nini Podcast, Madtraxx cheekily confessed to laying his hands on his wife.
“She knew I’m a f*cking thug, she knew [man] and she loved me for it, in fact if I wouldn’t beat her she wouldn’t love me,” Madtraxx said on Iko Nini live.

As reported earlier, in an update on Instagram, the producer’s wife shared a series of photos and medical reports to support the abuse claims dating back to 2021.
According to a medical report dated October 21, 2021, findings showed Salima had a bruising on the left upper limb, knees and marks on the left leg.
Additionally, she had soft tissue injury to the head and visible bruising and scratches on the lower and upper limbs.
The medical findings further showed that Salima was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of her check-up and was not admitted to the hospital.
Seemingly fed up with series of abuse from her husband, Salima took to her Instagram page where she shared the medical reports and photos showing the extent of the abuse.
“Never have I thought I’ll be beaten in my life but I married an animal. Y’all superstar, Madtraxx! My whole life I’m battling anxiety, fear and trauma just because of this guy. 10 years with a human abuser,” she said.
The abuse claims come just six months after the couple took to Instagram to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary.
To mark the anniversary, Madtraxx wrote, “Happy anniversary to us my love! 5 years is such a blessing. I love having you as my queen through this journey. Love you.”

Madtraxx had also dismissed the claims claiming that the abuse is from years back, noting that Salima was trying to provoke a reaction to him.
“I don’t want to speak negatively about her because she’s the mother of my children, but I’m glad I’m out of that toxic situation… I’m glad that’s behind me
“None of what she shared is happening right now, I think she’s just hurting because we’re not together. She’s in the past. The kids and I are moving forward,” he said.
Madtraxx further expressed confusion over Salima’s motives, suggesting that she is attempting to provoke a reaction from him.
“I don’t know what she’s trying to achieve. She’s trying to get a reaction out of me. It’s all in the past and now she’s trying to bring it back up to drag me into her toxic trail,” he further stated.
