Gospel artiste Bahati has found himself in controversy once again after he got his latest artist Peter Blessing and his producer arrested.

Blessings, 20 hails from Taita Taveta.

An eye witness spoke to Mpasho and revealed how the two were arrested on Thursday evening by cops from Central Police.

‘SOMEONE CALLED PAULO AND SAID HE IS A REPORTER FROM NATION AND THAT HE WANTED TO DO AN INTERVIEW INVOLVING PETER BLESSINGS.

WHEN WE REACHED THERE FOR AN INTERVIEW WE FOUND OUT IT WAS TRICK BY BAHATI TO GET THE TWO ARRESTED.

SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED SOME POLICEMEN CAME AND ARRESTED PAULO AND PETER.’

Not only did the police arrest the two but they also confiscated their phones.

‘THE POLICEMAN TOOK BLESSING’ AND PAULO’S PHONE AND THEN ESCORTED THEM TO CENTRAL POLICE STATION.

OUR PHONES WERE ALSO TAKEN AWAY FROM US AND WERE ONLY RETURNED WHEN WE WERE NEAR THE POLICE STATION.’

The source who did not wish to be identified added that he had received a text from Producer Paulo telling him the reason why he had been arrested.

‘I AM BEING ACCUSED OF BEING A THIEF REASON BEING I AM SUPPORTING PETER BLESSINGS.’ THE TEXT READ.

Weezdom is the one who came with the police.

Bahati has in the past promised to educate Peter Blessings but he did not keep that promise.

He wrote,
