The Board of Management of The Nairobi Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Felix Osano as the Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Osano has served as Acting CEO since November 2024 and was previously Director of Supply Chain. He has over 17 years of professional experience spanning global private equity investments. in healthcare across Africa and Asia, as well as leadership roles in FMCG and healthcare organizations.
An accomplished professional, Mr. Osano is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Strategic Management at USIU-Africa. He holds an MBA in Global Business Management from the same institution, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Daystar University, and an Executive Leadership Programme certificate in Supply Chain Transformation from Strathmore University. He is a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS-UK) professional, a Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP), a Certified Six Sigma practitioner, and a member in good standing of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
Mr. Osano succeeds Mr. James Nyamongo, who served as CEO up to December 2024. We are confident that Mr. Osano’s strategic vision, industry expertise, and commitment to operational excellence will steer The Nairobi Hospital into its next chapter of innovation and patient-centered care.
