Raila Odinga’s brother Oburu Odinga has lost in the ODM nominations in Bondo.

Oburu was fighting to clinch the ODM Bondo parliamentary ticket. Oburu lost to the incumbent Gideon Ochanda who garnered 28,446 votes. Oburu managed to get 4,000 votes only.

In Kisumu, former Uhuru Kenyatta ally who decamped from Jubilee to ODM, Onyango Oloo has also lost.

Oloo lost to Ken Obura who was declared winner with 24,601 votes.

He managed 5,090 votes in the primaries emerging third after Fred Ouda who got 13,613.
