It is now emerging that the daughter to the leader of opposition Raila Odinga, may not be in the ballot for Kibra seat after all.
The IEBC had given political parties until yesterday to submit their nomination list for aspiring candidates.
Newsday has reliably established that the name of Rosemary Odinga is not appearing in the list.Rosemary had declared her candidature for Kibra parliamentary seat in the August elections.
