Kenyan football star Michael Olunga has been making headlines recently as he enjoys a well-deserved vacation in Europe following his successful season in the Qatar Stars League.

The talented striker, who plays for Qatar’s Al-Duhail, impressed both fans and critics alike by leading his team to the league title and emerging as the top scorer of the season.

Olunga’s achievements were recognized at the prestigious Qatar Football Association (QFA) awards, where he received the esteemed “Mansour Muftah Award.”

“Humbled to have the ‘Mansour Muftah Award.’ Keep working. Vision never changed. God above all.” Olunga expressed his gratitude after the ceremony.

Eager to unwind and explore, Olunga embarked on a tour of several European countries, sharing captivating photos from his holiday destinations on social media.

His journey began in Spain, where he spent time in various picturesque tourist locations. He shared geo-tagged photos of himself relaxing at Gran Vía, Madrid, España, Parque del Retiro, and Boadilla Del Monte, España.

Basking in the warm weather, he took in the scenic views of the ocean, enjoying a well-deserved break from the intensity of professional football.

Continuing his European adventure, Olunga traveled to neighboring Italy, immersing himself in the rich history and culture of the country. One of his notable stops was the iconic Duomo di Milano in Milan. The Duomo, also known as the Metropolitan Cathedral-Basilica of the Nativity of Saint Mary, is a renowned cathedral and the largest church in Italy.

During his time in Italy, Olunga also enjoyed the vibrant ambiance of Salvatores and Clandestina, two popular destinations.

His social media updates painted a picture of a football star enjoying the fruits of his labor and indulging in the finer things in life.

A few days ago, Olunga also took a picture and shared on his social media pages while enjoying his time in France.

With his success on the field, Olunga’s earning power has grown significantly.

It is believed that he earns around Sh8 million per month in Qatar, enabling him to lead a luxurious lifestyle with expensive homes, cars, and vacations.

Before joining Al-Duhail, Olunga showcased his talent and potential by playing for several clubs around the world, including Kashiwa Reysol in Japan, Girona in Spain’s La Liga, Guizhou Zhicheng in China, and DjurgÃ¥rdens IF in the Swedish top division league.

In his early career, Olunga honed his skills in the Kenyan Premier League, representing clubs such as Gor Mahia, Thika United, and Tusker FC.

He also spent time at the Liberty Sports Academy while attending Upper Hill School, where he developed his abilities as a high school student.
