Days after President William Ruto directed attacks on Kericho Members of the County Assembly, it has been reported that 16 MCA were allegedly blocked from leaving the country for Dubai.
The sixteen MCAs include Paul Bii, Philip Mutai, Cheruiyot Bett, Gladys Chesang, Monica Chelangat, David Maritim, Sigilai Temindet, Moses Rotich, Vincent Korir, Mathew Korir, Albert Kipkoech, Naaman Rop, Simon Koskei, Anthony Ruto, Hezron Ngetich and Paul Chirchir.
