ODM executive director Oduor Ongwen was on Wednesday morning undressed and roughed up by irate supporters of nominated senator Elizabeth Ongoro.

The supporters largely consist of women drawn from Ruaraka stormed the Orange house demanding to know why Ongoro was bundled out of the party nominations.

Yesterday,multiple reports indicated that the Ruaraka parliamentary aspirant defected from ODM citing frustrations from the party.

Ongoro  claimed her name has been struck off the nomination list without any word from the party.She accuses some forces withing the party hell bent on locking her out.

In the ensuing fracas within the party headquarters,the police were forced to shoot in the air to disperse the angry mob.

IEBC had given parties until today to submit nomination papers from their aspirants.
