AFC Leopards center black leaves the club, joins Middle East top club

Josephat Lopaga and Alphonce Omija are two young and talented Kenyan football players who recently moved to Oman to join Dhofar football club.

Lopaga, who can play as a center forward or on the wing, joined Dhofar after his contract with AFC Leopards ended. On the other hand, Omija is a central defender who can also play as a right-back and was a free agent before joining the club.

Both players have had experience playing for the Kenyan national junior teams, with Omija even serving as captain. The opportunity to play in the competitive Omani Professional League was too good for the two players to pass up, and they moved to try and further their careers.

Lopaga and Omija made their debut for Dhofar in a 0-0 draw against Sur Club and are looking to make an impact in the league. The move to Oman offers a new challenge and a chance for them to showcase their skills on a new stage.
