Renowned Kenyan celebrity and entrepreneur Vera Sidika has revealed that she has no plans of getting another child in the near future due to fear of ruining her curvaceous hourglass figure. Having given birth to two children successively, Sidika shared that she might wait seven years before considering another baby.
During a session with Real Housewives of Nairobi, Sidika praised her ‘God-given figure’, saying, “I am not going to try to have another baby until after seven years. Don’t you see my hourglass shape and my tiny waist? I’m not messing that up anytime soon.”
In addition to preserving her figure, the 34-year old socialite said she needs to focus more on taking care of her babies. She acknowledged the challenges of raising two children under two years, comparing it to managing a crowd of protestors who at least understand the word ‘no’.
“I have had two children in two years and I think I need to enjoy my children more before I can think of having another,” Sidika said.
“Yes, people think I travel a lot because that’s what I share most, but I spend more time with my children than most people. Literally, I think I am an ideal stay at home mum,” she added.
Vera, who is the most googled celebrity in Kenya and known for her unapologetic attitude, glamorous lifestyle and fearless demeanor, also revealed that she is currently single and wild. “Currently, I am single and wild. I’ve got someone, I am going on dates, it is exciting! But I am not getting serious with anyone and he shouldn’t too. I don’t want any commitments for now,” she said.
The mother of two did not mince her words when asked why she prefers Nigerian men over Kenyan men. She said, “Nigerian men are very masculine and very alpha. For someone like me who is successful, who has done so well for herself, I feel like I need that.”
With her socialite career flourishing again and an alleged relationship with an anonymous Nigerian man, Vera Sidika definitely has no plans of settling down any soon.
