Rapper Nasty C Says Kenya Among Best Countries He Has Ever Performed In

South African Rapper Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo popularly known as Nasty C has said that Kenya is among the countries he has had the most invigorating shows far away from home.
During a rapid-fire questions session with BBC, the 26-year-old said that his performance in Kenya has etched an indelible memory in his mind as well as the one he had in Namibia.

“Namibia or Kenya. I’ve had insane shows in both those places,” he said.

The rapper first set foot in Kenya around 2018 when he kicked off the first leg of his Ivyson Tour after the release of his acclaimed album: Strings and Bling.

He has made about two more subsequent visits.

In the quickfire session, Nasty C was also asked if he would drop his well-known gaming passion for two years to record an album with celebrated hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar which he said;

“An album? Yeah I am taking the album, yeah, yeah. Yeah it’s fine. That collab album would be something else,” he said.

The rapper added that he would rather lose all his career awards than lose his Instagram followers (4.5 million), arguing “Who am I chopping music to if they’re gone, you know?”
