John Ouma scored the all-important goal in the 46th minute for the Mumias based outfit in the only game that was played on Saturday.

In zone ‘A’ Kibera Soccer FC was held to a 1-1 draw by Malindi Progressive while Equity Bank drubbed Buruburu Sports 3-0.

In zone ‘B’ matches scheduled for Sunday, second placed Zoo will host Nyalenda at Kericho Green Stadium while third placed Luanda Villa will be at home against GDC.

Kisumu Hot Stars welcomes host Bungoma Super Stars at Moi Stadium in Kisumu as St Joseph’s Youth collide with Sigalagala at Afraha C Grounds in Nakuru. Sunderland Keroche will battle it out with Transfoc at Karai primary school.

At Kamugei secondary school, Kamugei FC will battle Vepgro.
