Over 8,000 teachers and their dependents in Kericho County will now access medical services from six county public hospitals under the Teachers Medical Scheme. Minet Kenya CEO Sammy Muthui says the shift from offering the Teachers Medical Scheme exclusively at private and faith-based mission hospitals, is part of the firm’s strategy to ease access to medical services by teaching fraternity.
