Gospel musician Reuben Kigame will not be on the ballot after the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Dispute Resolution Committee upheld IEBC’s decision to bar him from seeking the Presidency.
IEBC denied Kigame a clearance after he failed to meet the 2000 signatures required in at least 24 counties.
The committee maintains that there was no waver for compliance on signatures for persons living with disability and that Kigame ought to have complied.
