The Co-operative Bank is today sponsoring its maiden Executive Banking golf tournament. The tournament, which is being hosted in conjunction with Kiambu Club comes at a time when the lender is offering insurance cover for sports including golf.
According to the bank, the sports insurance cover costs Sh. 5,300 per year and takes care of medical expenses for golfers and caddy, personal accidents for golfer and caddy, personal liabilities, sports wear and sports equipment and hole in one.
“The cover offers the golfer and their caddy an insurance package that allows them to enjoy a two in one personal cover that is coupled with a medical expense,” says Coop in statement.
Interestingly, the personal liability cover comes with a coverage of up to Sh. 500,000. “This allows the golfer and their caddy a three in one cover for personal accidents coupled with medical expenses, and personal liability cover,” adds the lender.
To be eligible, you must at least be of 18 years and below 75 years of age.
