The High Court is set to rule on a case where Sarrai Group has been sued for continuing to operate at Mumias Sugar Company despite a court order barring the Ugandan firm from undertaking any activity in the miller.
In a hearing Wednesday, July 27, Justice Wilfrida Okwany’ said she will give a rule on Thursday, July 28.
