Close tie of Garissa gubernatorial seat at 49%

At voters’ turnout 60% Garissa county faces a close margin of Wiper’s Nathif Jama Adan at 49.63 while Jubilee’s Alli Bunow Korane still fights with his 49.02%. It’s yet to be decided what next but a possible runoff is clear.
