The National Transport and Safety Authority has put up an advert summoning 13 vehicle owners to appear before it..

The NTSA through he advert says that the 13 persons are wanted after they were caught speeding at various areas between July 10 and 16.

The list shows that the said drivers were mainly caught over-speeding along Mombasa Road and the Nakuru-Eldoret road.
