FKF Premier League side, Vihiga Bullets have been left stranded after honouring their league match against AFC Leopards.
The team travelled courtesy of contributions by traders and motorbike riders who came together and raised money  catered for the team’s travel to Nariobi to honour the rescheduled league tie against Leopards where they lost by a solitary goal.
“We might sleep inside the stadium and our only apeal is Kenyans to help us outwe travel back to Vihiga”. ~Head Coach, Vihiga Bullets, George Owok said.
Earlier, George Owoko had revealed they could end up failing to honour their next FKF Premier League upcoming match as they do not have the money to cover travel and accommodation fees as well as player allowances.

Two weeks ago, they were set to hand a walkover to Tusker FC before Vihiga county governor Wilberforce Ottichilo stepped in to pay for their expenses to Nairobi where they lost 2-1 against the champions.

Bullets sit second last in the league standings with four points after seven matches played.
