The Supreme Court has dismissed and appeal by Mike Sonko challenging his impeachment as Nairobi Governor to bring the matter to rest.
Sonko was impeached by the County Assembly in December 2022 and proceeded to appeal in the High Court and the Court of Appeal unsuccessfully.
