Two high school students who were arrested by police after they were implicated in the killing of a man seven months ago, now want the court to allow them to seek reconciliation with the family of the deceased through a plea bargain.
Oliver Kipruto (form four) and Brian Kipruto (form two) told Eldoret High Court Judge Reuben Nyakundi that the family of the deceased was ready and willing to embrace a plea bargain agreement with them.
