Sonko’s Daughter Flaunts Cash, People Can’t Keep Calm

The Instagram page of Saumu Mbuvi, the first-born daughter of Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko, was on Friday buzzing with comments after she flaunted wads of cash.

Saumu’s picture with the caption “I know what I bring to the table, so trust me when I say I am not afraid to eat alone” attracted numerous reactions with many pleading for help.

She, however, pulled down the post moments later, perhaps to put an end to those thirsting after the stacks or to end the trolls castigating her for displaying the cash.

    This is not new though.

Governor Sonko’s daughter is not shy in sharing with her followers the lavish lifestyle she enjoys.

In 2016, she unleashed a red BMW 135i convertible, to the admiration of her peers who camped on her page drooling.

In 2018, the beauty took the internet by storm by parading a bespoke diamond-encrusted ring alongside a Swarovski bag.

June 1, 2019, was, however, not a pretty Madaraka Day start for Saumu.

She was attacked while in the company of Lamu Senator Anwar Loitiptip at Mephis Lounge, Kasarani.

Saumu told the police that she sustained injuries on her right hand as she tried to cover Loitiptip from the assailants at the parking lot at about 2.40 am as they left the club.

Senator Loitiptip sustained deep cuts in the head.
