Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance party presidential flag bearer Raila Odinga has assured residents of Kajiado county and its environs of sustainable development projects if elected president in the August 9th poll. Speaking in Kajiado county Odinga singled out establishing a robust primary health care system, livestock insurance and social protection among others.
