Popular Radio Citizen broadcater Waweru Mburu is dead.. Waweru Mburu died at the MP Shah hospital following a long battle against gastric cancer.
He was the host of the popular social-political radio show ‘Yaliyotendeka’ which aired every weekday at 8pm on Radio Citizen.
Royal Media Service Ltd Chairman Dr SK Macharia, Vice Chair Mrs Gathoni Macharia and Group Managing Director Wachira Waruru condoled with the family terming Waweru Mburu’s death as a blow to Royal Media Services and the media industry.
