The Public Service Commission is assuring Kenyans of a seamless transition to a new government. The commission chairperson Amb. Anthony Muchiri says his team has established nine protocols that will guide in the filling of vacant public offices for the new government. They include how new principal secretaries will be recruited and how those in office will exit.
