Businessman Kevin Omwenga was shot in the wee hours of Saturday morning at his Galana suites apartment.
According to sources, the 28-year-old was shot in the chest. His body was moved to Montezuma’s funeral home.
Two businessmen Chris Obure and Robert Ouko have so far been arrested by DCI officers.
Poice recovered a mini Ceska firearm with 13 rounds of ammunition suspected to have been used in the fatal shooting of Omwenga. A statement on DCI official page reads;
DETECTIVES BASED AT KILIMANI HAVE THIS MORNING ARRESTED ROBERT BODO AND RECOVERED A MINI CESKA FIREARM WITH 13 ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION SUSPECTED TO HAVE BEEN USED IN THE FATAL SHOOTING OF A 28-YEAR-OLD MAN AT GALANA SUITES IN KILIMANI. A man who has dirty car deals is said to be with friends in his apartment in Kilimani apartments.
No one knows what transpired as his friends are seen rushing in and out of the apartment before he is rushed to the hospital, where he is pronounced dead.
