Busia County Orange Democratic Movement gubernatorial candidate Paul Otwoma is calling on the political class against propagating hate speech as they move around the country wooing voters. His plea coming amid calls by a section of the clergy for politicians to champion the adherence of law and order before, during and after the general election.
