The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) says it is following up on investigations into the death of Embakasi East constituency returning officer Daniel Mbolu Musyoka.
In a statement Tuesday, the ODPP, headed by Noordin Haji, noted that it was following up the case shortly after the police recovered the body in a thicket in Loitoktok, Kajiado County.
