YouTuber Mungai Eve has broken her silence for the first time and appeared to address the controversy surrounding her relationship with Director Trevor and the issue of changing the names of their channel pages on Facebook.
While Trevor made it clear that Mungai Eve’s services as the face of their YouTube channel with over 700,000 followers were terminated, Mungai Eve was on a trip to Zanzibar for leisure.
Trevor revealed that he and Mungai Eve are no longer a couple, and Eve will no longer contribute to content creation for their accounts, announcing the renaming of their Facebook and YouTube pages.
Through her Instagram stories, Mungai Eve said she is still learning from what happened last week.
However, Eve hinted that some things are better left unsaid, promising to keep her mouth shut as the only remedy to move on from this.
“It’s amazing how some things are better off left unsaid. I’m still learning. Sometimes the personal space you need is to shut your mouth, move forward, and live your best life,” Eve Mungai suggested.
Despite the rebranding of their YouTube channel from Mungai Eve to Kenya Online Media, some people still believe the two are romantically involved and are trying to garner attention from their fans to bring about a new awakening.
However, some have advised Mungai Eve to go to court to secure a stake in the channel, now dominated by her former partner, Trevor.
Others have suggested starting a new channel, promising to provide her with unique support and allowing her to develop as an independent brand without anyone’s interference.
