A woman at the centre of Ford Kenya and NASA leader Moses Wetang’ula’s divorce has been revealed to be sleeping with three other MPs.
The woman, Sela Masilikani, previously a secretary at Wetang’ula’s law firm, is said to be having sex with two MPs from Ukambani region and one from Western region.
The Nairobian reports that Wetang’ula’s lover spent three days in the house of an Ukambani MP, two days at the coast with a Bukusu MP. Apparently, the third lover from Ukambani is seen as her boyfriend, who is a regular at her house in Lang’ata.
Apparently, she works at the parliament’s accounts department, a job Wetang’ula got her after she was kicked out of his office following an altercation with a member of Wetang’ula’s family.
According to The Nairobian, which owned by The Standard newspaper, Masilikani started sending Wetang’ula’s wife, Waceke, abusive text messages when they got into the relationship.
Wetang’ula is currently involved in divorce rumours after he was allegedly battered by Waceke for unknown reasons.
In divorce papers filed by Waceke in 2011, Wetang’ula has been accused of serial adultery. Waceke says that she met Wetang’ula in 2003 and started living together. Apparently, things took a turn when she got pregnant.
“When I got pregnant, the senator, then serving as a minister, compelled me to resign from my job and become a housewife,” she submitted. She added that after leaving her job, Wetang’ula took over the responsibility of providing for her and the children, but he abandoned her and the children. The senator has refused to provide for us adequately, forcing me to single-handedly cater for the children. I have been receiving financial assistance from my mother, but the amount is not sufficient,” she said.
Wetang’ula ha since admitted to having married Waceke under Bukusu customary laws in 2011. He has however denied abandoning her and the children.
