Azimio’s running mate Martha Karua was on Saturday crowned as a woman of Honour in Kikuyu community.
The event which took place at, Kenol Town of Murang’a County signifies Karua’s political position among the Agikuyu and the reorganization of women’s leadership in the community.
The event was spearheaded by a Kikuyu woman elder Damaris Nyambura Kariuki who clothed Karua with Kikuyu tradition ligalia.
