Socialite Sheriffa Wambui alias Manzi wa Kibera’s ex-boyfriend Sammy Ndunda alias Nzioki is appealing for financial help.
In a video, the 67-year-old man who appeared visibly distressed appealed to Kenyans to assist him in getting back on his feet. He also shared his contacts where those interested can contribute.
“Wazee wanafaa watunzwe, wadekezwe na wapendwe…lets stand with mzee Sammy Ndunda 0794426900,” the appeal shared by a local YouTuber reads in parts.
Earlier, the sexagenarian disclosed that he had been subjected to abject poverty after his previous relationship drained his pockets.
He explained that he had used up his savings to impress and take care of his ex-girlfriend adding that his financial situation caused their breakup.
“Wamechukua vitu zangu zote za nyumba, siko sawa, niko na mawazo kwa akili. Nilikua na Manzi wa Kibera akaniruka. Nilikua naenda out na yeye sai ata hataki kuniona,” he said.
He recounted that the socialite became distant and unloving to him after learning he was broke.
Nzioki also noted that efforts to assure the socialite that he would regain financial stability hit the wall.
On her part, Manzi refuted the claims stressing that she called off the relationship because of Nzioki’s promiscuity. The socialite also introduced a 75-year-old Daniel Njau as her new man.
“Anabore. Nilichukua phone yake nikaenda kwa messages nikapatana na messages. Alikuwa anacheat na madem wengi. Walikuwa wanamuambia awachane na mimi akiwatumia pesa,” she said.
“Mi na ex, tulikua on and off, alikua na tabia ya kupenda tusichana tudogo alinipea stress nikakula miraa adi meno zangu karibu ziturn colour, but God ni mkubwa nikapata uyu, I hope huyu hatanisumbua,” she added.
Asked why she preferred older men the socialite confidently claimed that it was her destiny and that she knew how to handle them.
“Niko na damu ya wazee labda, mi najua kuhundle wazee, wazee ndo zangu, nadundadunda apo kwa wazae,” she said.
Nzioki’s and Manzi’s, whose relationship was touted as clout-chasing, sparked debate owing to the age gap between them when they announced they were an item.
