Gender-Based Violence activists in Kilifi County are demanding the immediate arrest of a police officer based in Marereni Magarini sub-county who allegedly defiled a minor in January this year. The Activists claimed that the minor aged 16 has been staying at the child rescue center for six months now and is yet to join form two owing to trauma.
