Hosts Malindi are the winners of the inaugural edition of Coastal Beach Soccer tournament following a hard fought 3-2 win on penalty shootouts against neighbours Mombasa at Buntwani water front in Malindi,Kilifi county.
The game which had ended 2-2 during regulation time was organised by Football Kenya Federation Transition Committee in a bid to raise the standards of the game at the Coast.
