Locals in Mwingi oppose the construction of a military training camp

Locals of Mandongoi area in Ngomeni ward of Mwingi North are urging the government to stop the construction of Kenya Defense Forces training in the area. The residents say there is need for extensive consultations on the proposed project to iron out some contentious issues highlighted by the host community.
