The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has decried low universities and college placement uptake by eligible candidates from the Northern region. 

The KUCCUPS CEO Dr. Agnes Wahome during a tour of the Garissa Huduma Centre said most students in the region may not be informed on placement modalities.
