The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industrilization and the Kenya Revenue Authority will tomorrow host a joint forum on taxation.
The forum, which will be held at the Sarova Panafric Hotel in Nairobi will mainly focus on taxation, business partnerships and collaboration.
“The workshop will provide the business community an opportunity to share information, establish feedback mechanisms and network,” the trade chamber said in a statement to Bizna Kenya. Additionally, the forum will see a presentation of KRA procedures in a simplified way to enable people in business acquire good basic knowledge of business taxation, partnership opportunities and collaborations.
“We shall also be looking towards a possible co-operation between the business community and the tax administration, and will sign a memorandum of understanding with the KRA.”
