Congolese musician Koffi Olomide has been arrested for assaulting one of his female dancers at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Koffi Olomide was arrested on Friday evening when coming out of an interview at Citizen TV. Reports indicate that police officers had been waiting for him the station. Koffi Olomide was then taken to JKIA Police Station. Apparently, he may be charged for the assault or deported from the country.
Earlier on, the musician had attempted to exonerate himself by claiming that he had kicked a man who was trying to assault his female dancer. He then posted a video apology o his Facebook page with the assaulted female dancer known as Pamela.
